Massage services that meet you where you’re at

Each massage service I offer is more than a technique, it’s a personalized experience shaped by your needs, your body, and your goals. Whether you’re recovering, recharging, or simply seeking to feel better, you’re in caring, expert hands.

Lymphatic drainage massage

Gentle, intentional and deeply effective, lymphatic drainage massage is ideal for anyone dealing with inflammation, swelling or recovering from surgery. Through light, rhythmic strokes, this technique helps stimulate your lymph system, supporting the body’s natural detox process and reducing fluid buildup. It’s often recommended for post-op healing or chronic health conditions, but anyone feeling “stuck” or sluggish can benefit. Think of it as a gentle reset for your whole system.

Deep tissue massage

This is not your average relaxing massage, it’s massage with a mission. Deep tissue work targets the inner layers of muscle and fascia, helping to break down tension, scar tissue and long-held tightness. It’s particularly helpful for athletes, people with physically demanding jobs, or anyone carrying stress in their body. While the pressure can be intense, the results are real : deeper release, better range of motion, and long-lasting relief.

Swedish massage

Sometimes, what your body craves is calm. Swedish massage is all about long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading and promoting overall relaxation. This is a perfect choice if you’re new to massage or looking to unwind without the intensity of deep tissue work. It helps improve circulation, melt away stress and create a lasting sense of ease, both physically and mentally. A classic for a reason.

Therapeutic massage

Tailored to your specific concerns, therapeutic massage blends multiple techniques to address chronic pain, injuries or stress-related issues. I take time to assess your posture, movement patterns, and areas of discomfort to craft a session that truly works for you. Whether it’s a stiff neck, postural imbalance or recurring lower back pain, this is where clinical insight meets healing touch. It’s massage with purpose and results.

Lomi Lomi massage

Rooted in Hawaiian tradition, Lomi Lomi is more than a massage, it’s a ritual of care. Using broad, flowing movements that mimic the ocean, this style creates a deep sense of connection and emotional release. It’s nurturing, rhythmic, and perfect for those seeking not just physical relief, but emotional grounding as well. Many clients say it feels like being cradled by waves : soothing, safe, and profoundly relaxing.

Thai massage on table

Thai massage, traditionally done on a mat, is adapted here to the comfort of a massage table, so you get the benefits of Thai bodywork in a more familiar setting. This dynamic therapy combines acupressure, passive stretching and deep muscle compression. It’s like assisted yoga mixed with massage, helping to open joints, increase flexibility and boost energy flow. You stay fully clothed and I guide your body through gentle, flowing movements that leave you feeling both invigorated and grounded.

Reflexology

Your feet tell a story and reflexology knows how to read it. By applying precise pressure to specific zones on your feet (and sometimes hands), reflexology stimulates corresponding areas throughout your body. It can help improve digestion, reduce headaches support hormone balance, and so much more. It’s a subtle yet powerful way to encourage full-body wellness, all through the soles of your feet. You’ll be amazed by how relaxing it is.

I didn’t always work with my hands this way : before becoming a massage therapist, I was a professional contemporary dancer. That career taught me not only about movement and performance, but also about injury, recovery and the importance of listening to the body. Years of repeated microtrauma gave me a deep, personal understanding of physical resilience and the limits we all face.

After earning a BA in Dance from The School of Contemporary Dancers in partnership with the University of Winnipeg, I trained at the renowned ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto, completing over 2200 hours of massage therapy education. My training included everything from Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue work, to clinical assessment, pathology and osteopathic techniques. I also completed 330+ hours treating real clients in a teaching clinic setting, which sharpened my ability to adapt and truly respond to each individual.

Since moving to Montreal in 2019, I’ve continued to expand my practice, working in respected spas and wellness centres, and eventually opening my own. I became a registered member of the AQTN and am proud to serve Montreal’s diverse community, including post-operative clients, athletes and those simply looking to feel more at home in their bodies.
